Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are only accepted in case of damaged/Disfunctioning watch received by buyer or wrong Item received by buyer. As we provide all actual pictures, details and videos of products beforehand we don’t accept returns other then mentioned scenarios. However, Exceptional cases are given a consideration in that regards. If the watch is working and proper as promised by us then no refund case will be entertained.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take atleast 3-7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The charges to send back item to us are to be totally on buyer whereas in exchanges when we send the item again to buyer we bear all expenses
