• Cancelation from buyers end.

Once we receive your payment, you have 24-48 hours to raise a cancellation request and claim your refund. One your order is fulfilled/shipped you are not eligible to raise cancellation request.

Once the order is cancelled you’ll be notified for your refund and the same will be reflected in your bank account within 7-10 days.

 

  • Cancellation from our End.

Sometimes due to Workload we fail to update our inventory and the products which are not actually in stock with us may show “available status” and if the order is placed for such items we cancel the order and notify buyer for the same.

We never accept payments on site, once the order is placed you are sent payment instructions on your registered email to make the payment. You have 6 hours from the moment order is placed to make the payment if we don’t receive payment in the given time frame. We proceed towards cancelling your order.
