Customs Clearance and Import duties

Although the likelihood of customs seizure is low, it cannot be entirely ruled out in international transport.
In the rare event that a parcel does not reach you, we will offer either a replacement at 50% of the original price or a 50% refund, at your discretion. Please note this remedy is conditional: eligibility requires the customer’s full cooperation with all reasonable and standard customs or regulatory procedures. Failure to comply with such normal requests may render an order ineligible for replacement or refund under this policy.
